大豆の香りたっぷりの手作り豆腐を作り
実食させて頂きました。

参加なさった電気屋さんの社長さん達は大絶賛で
僕も大変に美味しいと思いました。

豆乳とにがりをマシンに入れて、炊飯器の様に
コンセントを差し込んでスイッチを入れれば
１２分後に、温かい香り高い豆腐が出来上がります。
